How can we keep caring for everyone around us when we are not caring for ourselves? Let's mother our mothers; let's nurture their spirits. Let's celebrate individuality and give those who are giving so much, a place to explore.

At Kind Heart Arts, we believe that creativity is a birthright and engaging in something that brings you joy, improves your health. You do not need to be an "artist" or have artistic talent to explore your creativity. You just need the space and time to walk the gardens of your mind and permission to delight in making choices that have nothing to do with caregiving.
